Bank Records:
- Bank statements and cancelled cheques
- Deposit books and or ATM slips
- Credit card statements, if you accept credit cards
- Visa & MasterCard statements (used for business purposes)
Supplier Invoices & Receipts:
- All invoices that you have paid
- Invoices that have to be paid
- Household expenses (i.e. rent, mortgage, utilities) and what is the percentage of space used for business?
Sales:
- Copies of invoices/sales receipts
- List of customers that owe you money, if you have one
CRA Account Details:
- HST Account Number, if registered
- Copy of last HST remittance
- Payroll Account Number, if registered
- Copy of last Source Deduction Remittance
